East Renfrewshire Council is currently inviting tenders, from suitably qualified companies to undertake the design and construction of an external wall insulated render system and the re-roofing of properties to East Renfrewshire Council properties, as per the address list provided, in various locations within East Renfrewshire as part of the HEEPS ABS programme 2020-21.
The estimated works value (excluding fees) is in the region of 750,000GBP however the Council reserves the right to spend up to a further 250,000GBP should extras funds become available. The number of properties available is 46 however this number could possibly increase or decrease. These are indicative figures only and no guarantee is given with regard to the Council’s overall uptake of any resulting contract. It is anticipated that by offering this in a competitive market that a saving on the above value may be achieved.
