The existing pipework serving the ancillary building at HMP Perth requires replacing. This project provides for the installation of new Medium Temperature Hot Water (MTHW) pipework serving the building’s MTHW – Low Temperature Hot Water (LTHW) plate heat exchangers and the installation of new LTHW Pipework serving the building’s air handling unit heater batteries. The new pipework will be routed separately from the existing pipework to minimise disruption and downtime.
