Zero Waste Scotland wishes to appoint Contractor/s for the provision of services to support the development and delivery of impact assessments required to support environmental and economic policy analysis of strategic programmes, plans and / or policies relating to resource management, resource efficiency and the circular economy.
The services are anticipated to be provided by multiple suppliers appointed to Lots under this Framework Agreement, on a Call Off basis.
