Scottish Enterprise is seeking to appoint a professional design team to initially undertake; (Phase 1) Feasibility and Technical studies into the ability to introduce Class 2 labs in current office space in NINE, Edinburgh BioQuarter and (Phase 2) to implement the introduction of labs and to produce the design for implementing the delivery of an additional Modular Unit at Edinburgh BioQuarter with associated infrastructure and utilities.
