The Scottish Ministers have appointed a firm of legal advisers (“the Service Provider”) under the Scottish Government Framework Agreement for the Provision of Legal Services 2019 to 2023 (Lot 1: Contracts, Commercial & Corporate).For the purposes of this call off contract the Service Provider is the exclusive provider of the services detailed in the statement of requirements, save to the extent that a second ranked provider has been appointed in line with Schedule 3, clause 5.3 of the Framework Agreement.This contract is expected to cover most external legal services required by the Scottish Ministers and by departments, agencies and other parts of the UK Government in relation to general contract, commercial and corporate legal services.
