The Council has a requirement for works comprising the removal of existing floor finishings, beds, underlays, accessories and installing new vinyl, rubber, carpet and hardwood floor finishings complete with associated beds, underlays and accessories as required to the Councils corporate property portfolio consisting of schools, offices and community centres.
It should be noted that this Contract may be used in the Councils domestic housing stock therefore the scope of requirements should also reflect any domestic housing requirements.
