Description

Architectural works associated with the conversion of the Scottish Event Complex (SEC) into a temporary hospital facility with approx. 1000 beds and associated ancillary accommodation.

The scope of works is:

Architectural Design and Specification.
Overall Design Co-ordination.
Assistance with PSCP co-ordination with sub-contractors and suppliers.
Site inspections to monitor compliance of the builders works, issued to be flagged to NEC3 Supervisor.
