The Scottish Police Authority and Police Scotland require a Contractor to deliver Stage 3 (Developed Design) through to Stage 6 (Handover) of the RIBA Plan of Work for the North East Division Integration Project.
This will include for all design services including: Project Manager, Architect, Structural Engineer, Services Engineer, and Quantity Surveyor.
As well as the above, the contractor shall deliver post contract works (e.g. beyond Stage 6) required to conclude the actual physical relocation – furniture moves, signage, disconnections, reconnections and other Facilities Management logistics concomitant with property relocation under the North East Division Integration Project.
