Fife Council is seeking to establish Dynamic Purchasing System for the supply of training and development, as learning & development is critical to ensure our Workforce has the opportunity to train and develop their current knowledge along with the ability to work towards/continue with any work-related qualifications. Fife Council will procure any training via this DPS. Each purchase will be determined by a mini-competitions under the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).
This DPS will replace the current route to market via the Open Learning & Development framework. (owned by Edinburgh City Council)
