The equipping and all maintenance and servicing will be of no cost to the University and the University would receive an agreed percentage share (rebate) of the revenue generated by the student usage of the facilities; the proposal will carry no capital outlay to the University. This is an invitation to submit a proposal for Equipping and Management of Campus Laundrettes for the contract period of seven years, with an option to extend for two (2) further years, each of one year, subject to satisfactory performance.
