Award of Asbestos Removal at Dundee & Angus College, Kingsway Campus, Dundee

Dundee & Angus College is looking to undertake major redevelopment works within the LibraryBlock and Catering Block of the Kingsway Campus this summer, with works due to get underwaylate April / early May. In advance of this, the College commissioned an R&D Asbestos Survey ofthese areas and as a result was looking to undertake some asbestos removal works in theseareas, ahead of the main works commencing.The intention is for the Library to remain closed following the asbestos removal, so the College wasalso looking to carry out a “Soft Strip” of this area following the completion of the asbestos removal, ahead of the Principal Contractor taking possession of the site.
