Following the expiry of the previous contract, SPS requires a competent supplier to provide 4 different sizes of tamper-proof evidence bags, of approximate sizes:
Small - 125mm x 230mm x 60Mu;
Medium - 175mm x 330mm x 60Mu;
Large - 225mm x 330mm x 60Mu; and
Extra Large - 315mm x 470mm x 60Mu.
All Tamper-Proof Evidence Bags are required to include a printed label, a template will be provided as part of the tender documents. It is also a requirement for the bidder to implement a numbering sequence, and it is crucial that all Evidence Bags produced contain different reference numbers (I.E. No two evidence bags are produced with the same reference number).
