Award of KHA - Replacement communal stair vinyl program - Consultancy services

Kingdom Housing Association (KHA) require construction consultancy services covering Quantity Surveying, Principle Design and Contract Administration for our replacement stairwell vinyl project which is due to run for the next three financial years 2020/2021, 2021/2022 & 2022/2023. The project covers 36 blocks of flats in various locations throughout Fife (full address list provided) the budget is circa £100K+ VAT per year + Fees.The package will include production of a measured bill of quantities, this should be done via measured site surveys. This will be used for procurement purposes via Public Contracts Scotland carried out by the Technical Team at Kingdom Housing Association and all tender submissions will be passed to the consultant for production of the tender report.The price should provide for all general pre and post contract services relating to the services above. It is anticipated that the construction phase of this project will commence in late August 2020, therefore the measured bill of quantities should be prepared by 1st April 2020 at the latest.
