Purchase of Unibuddy Student Engagement Platform which was developed in conjunction with UCAS.
Almost all of the University's undergraduate applications are submitted via UCAS. Only Unibuddy can provide our student and potential students with this facility and no other company has the facility for UCAS integration.
Sole supplier justification made under chapter 2, section 3 and procedure 33 of The Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 - services can be supplied only by a particular economic operator - competition is absent for technical reasons.
