Scottish Borders Council is looking to engage the services of an Edinburgh Legal firm who can provide legal expertise and conduct court work on behalf of the Council.
The objective of this contract is to ensure that Scottish Borders Council is properly and adequately represented in all Court of Session work, and to provide an “out of hour’s service” for all court work at weekends and during public or other holiday periods as required.
