Based upon the 'Specification of Requirement' provided to date, the Care Inspectorate consider that the service does not fall to be registered. Should there be a change in circumstances and the service meets the definition of a care service as defined in the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010, Schedule 12, the Care Inspectorate will be notified.
In light of this, all Tenderers will score a 'Pass' mark.
