Description

The purpose of this procurement is to appoint a contractor to support further development of the structure and design of the Social Security Scotland website. The contractor will also be required to provide ongoing support and maintenance to both the CMS and website.We are looking for the improved website to go live on 1 June 2020. The support and maintenance will be required up to March 2023, with the option to extend until March 2025.As part of this further development, we will also be looking to improve accessibility to provide a website that meets the communication needs of as many people as possible.
