The University is seeking two Contractor(s) for the provision of a cleaning service at the Authority’s 3 Student Accommodation Residential sites, which are situated within the City of Edinburgh. The requirement is for two Lots : Lot 1 Consists of: Weekly Cleans, Change Over Cleans, Mid-Stay Cleans, Window Cleaning, Bed Making (included in Change Over Cleans and Mid Stay Cleans) and Bin Store Clean and Ad/Hoc Cleaning
Lot 2 Consists of Initial Cleans and Final Cleans (Summer Period only) . Tenderers can bid for either Lot but cannot bid for both Lots.
