To Comply with The Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing (EESSH) Almond Housing Association proposes to undertake various works to improve the energy efficiency of our housing stock.
This work will consist of;
Installation of insulation to cavities, external walls, flat roofs, loft spaces and floors.
Upgrading heating controls and insulating hot water cylinders.
Fitting low energy lighting.
Installation of solar PV systems.
Exact works to each property will depend on the results of EPC surveys currently being undertaken by a third party
