Highland Council would like to invite Challenge Fund applications from a number of Third Sector Service Providers to deliver a package of Specialist Employability Support Services to enable unemployed people to progress along the Strategic Skills Pipeline. As multi stage provision it is anticipated that the clients accessing the service will need longer term support as they progress towards and into sustained employment. Consortia applications will be considered to ensure clients are able to access the multi stage support they need.
Supported through the European Social Fund (ESF), successful providers are required to provide their own match funding to access the European Funds.
The Closing date for Challenge Fund Applications is 24th January 2020 with service delivery commencing at the earliest, 1st April 2020 and finishing by 31st December 2022.
