Provision of a Social Care Management Information system

The provision of a Health and Social Care case management system to facilitate the design, design, development and hosting, as well as, the ongoing support and maintenance. The provider will scope and perform all data migration from the North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership’s existing system.

The system will enable the development of data capture, electronic case management and information provision in support of service user experience and outcomes, as well as meeting, Scottish legislative procedural and reporting requirement related to Children, Families, Adults, Mental Health, Scottish Justice and Finance.

The system will facilitate the development of open interfacing and data sharing for the efficient and flexible provision of health and social care services.
