The Council is seeking to engage with a specialist architectural practice with experience in social housing retro fit works in order to provide design and specification briefs of external works programmes to our external contractor for use on site. These design briefs will be used in order to define the type of work that will be carried out onsite. This will be mainly for our EWI and HEEPS:ABS programmes of work where design elements are critical in order to make sure that the relevant building standards/regulations are adhered to and good practice maintained in energy efficiency and future maintenance.
