The purpose of the business assurance service contract is to provide to the Agriculture & Rural Economy (ARE) Directorate with a small number of highly-skilled co-located individuals who can provide non-technical senior managers advice to allow ARE to fulfil its statutory requirement to correctly process applications for any of the Purchaser’s schemes, pay the appropriate amount to those applicants, and provide the required information to our internal and external auditors.
