HIE requires a competent and professional cleaning contractor to provide a comprehensive cleaning service throughout the premises at The Enterprise Centre, Kilmory Industrial Estate, Lochgilphead, Argyll, PA31 8SH, delivered in a safe, compliant, sustainable and efficient manner.
It is expected that these services will be required from April 2020 for an initial period of 3 years, with HIE having the option to extend for a period or periods together not exceeding 1 calendar year following the Initial Term.
The initial 3 year budget currently available to deliver this service is between GBP50,625 and GBP67,500 (excluding VAT).
