The works comprise of the construction of a single storey timber framed extension to an existing single storey school building including alterations to the existing building and construction of external play areas and additional parking and vehicle circulation.
The works also include replacement of the existing school fire alarm installation. The existing fire alarm installation will remain operational throughout the duration of the contract, until such time as the new installation is fully tested and commissioned.
