SE owns Building Nine, Edinburgh Bio-Quarter located on the Edinburgh Bio-Quarter site on Little France Road, Edinburgh, EH16 4UX.
Providing a clean, welcoming and safe environment to all staff, visitors and clients is paramount to SE.
This Invitation to Tender (ITT) will establish a single, three-year contract (with the option to extend for a further one-year period) to maintain a clean office environment, and ensure full compliance with SE’s environmental obligations whilst ensuring an effective and considered approach to the expenditure of public funds.
It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 1 February 2020 for a three-year period, with SE having the option to extend for a further one-year period.
