Description

Crown Estate Scotland is preparing a leasing process for offshore wind projects (ScotWind Leasing). The process includes receiving applications for sites and making an evaluation of them. Crown Estate Scotland is seeking to appoint a consultant who can provide a team of ‘specialist reviewers’ to work with our in-house evaluation team in:

Preparing evaluation systems and processes; and
Undertaking the evaluation of applications.
