Further clarification has been sought by the client services regarding PVG, we have now concluded that there will be a normal expectation that contractors staff will be supervised whilst on Council premises. If there was an occasional situation where there was no supervision this dose not count as regulated work and therefore PVG is not required. An updated ITT TN1 document will be uploaded
