Inverclyde Council require an experienced supplier to provide an Occupational Health Service.
The overarching principle is that we employ occupational health practitioners in order to help staff who are off sick to return to work as quickly as possible as well as improve and maintain the health of all staff whether off sick or not. It is a key objective of Inverclyde Council to maximise staff attendance at work and to support the maintenance of a healthy workforce. It is recognised that Council Managers, Human Resources, Health and Safety Advisers, employees and Occupational Health staff working together are critical to the success of meeting this objective. The Occupational Health Provider will be required to provide a range of services these are detailed in the Specification in the buyer attachment area for each lot.
