Description

North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership (NAHSCP) require a single provider to deliver a locality, community-based network to enable up to 12 individuals with learning disabilities or low-level mental health problems to engage with and invest in community assets.

The service will be required to enable the individuals to connect to individuals, groups, organisations, activities, social enterprise organisations, services and places in their neighbourhood/community.
