Lead Consultancy Services for the Landside works at Ardrossan Harbour on behalf of North Ayrshire Council, Ardrossan Harbour Company Ltd and partners. The Landside works consist of a new terminal building, service utilities, marshalling area, car park, pavements, cycle routes, fencing, signage, external connections and public realm. The Lead Consultant will be required to produce an Exemplar Design and detailed specification which includes room data sheets for the new terminal building which will be issued to the Contractors for tender. The Lead Consultant will also be required to produce the Works Information and Site Information.
The design services are to be completed by 31st January 2020.
