The objective of the Post 80’s Stock Condition Survey is to assist with Asset Management strategy, and ultimately direct the planned maintenance programme over the next 30 years. The strategy will inform future investment decisions for stock including planned maintenance and will allow the participating Associations to identify assets that are no longer viable in their current form or tenure.
The survey is to cover the existing Association stock together with related housing assets to determine existing and future repairs and maintenance liabilities. A statistically reliable survey method is to be adopted to provide data.
