64 Million Artists worked for five months co-creating the Strategic Leadership in Research Programme together with senior research leaders across the University and managers in the Research Support Office and Institute for Academic Development. The programme is bespoke to University of Edinburgh and the IP created is unique to 64 Million Artists. As part of the Programme, 64 Million artists have created a number of customised exercises and tailored approaches including (but not limited to): a personalised strengths based feedback process, group workshop content, and the Ideas Summit format, all of which are elements created by 64 Million Artists and are not available through any other supplier.
