CVHA is looking to appoint three suitably qualified and experienced contractors to a Framework Agreement to undertake The Supply of Repairs and Maintenance Services across CVHA’s housing stock. The contract is for the supply of Repairs and Maintenance Services, with the potential for the inclusion of future small projects. The contract value will be up to a maximum of 1,600,000 GBP per annum.The contract will deliver repairs and maintenance services to around 3,900 tenanted properties, 81 garages and to the common elements of CVHA properties where there is mixed tenure due to the provisions of the Right to Buy legislation. Currently the properties are located within North Lanarkshire and South Lanarkshire areas as outlined in the locality maps above. However, the properties may be located within a wider geographical area in the future.
