The Council is seeking to appoint one or more Providers to deliver the following two Contracts:
Housing Support Services for Young Homeless Adults.
Housing Support Services for Single Homeless Adults and Families.
The Service provided under each Contract will assist the Council in fulfilling the Council’s statutory duty and to achieve the outcomes set out in the Council’s Local Housing Strategy 2016-2021 to provide Temporary Accommodation and support to enable households to move out of homelessness and into Settled Accommodation. These Contracts will replace existing arrangements for these types of Service Users and Tenderers will require to work with the existing Provider for transition of the Service and existing Service Users.
Each Contract will be for an initial period of 2 years with the option to extend each Contract on two separate occasions for a period of up to 12 months subject to the satisfactory operation and performance of the individual Contract.
