FSS requires to have a 2 year support, maintenance and licensing contract in place from 1st August 2019.ScopeMaintenance and support is required for all of the APP database and the functionality of the Operations Workflow System (and all its modules) and all Unity Live reporting processes and servers and interconnections. This includes the provision of a customer helpdesk and issues logging system.It does not include support for any reports which were not created by the original supplier Civica.It does not include any support provision for Scottish Government (FSS) provided hardware.
