The Council wish to appoint a suitable and experienced consultant to undertake intrusive site investigations, soil sampling and reporting on suitability of site for the construction of a closed-circuit cycle track and modification of the existing hockey pitch at ON-X Linwood. Proposed locations for new lightweight structures require sampling. The Council also requires technical analysis on any soil contamination, bearing capacities and geotechnical information. A topographic survey is also required.
