The works are situated at the Energy Park Fife, Methil. The works will involve the construction of 15,500m2 of high specification reinforced concrete slab with associated surface water drainage and service ducts. This is a second phase of concrete pad delivery, the first having been completed in early 2018.
Ancillary property improvements works comprising concrete repairs to the adjacent quayside will also form part of the works.
The contract is anticipated to start November 2019. Completion by March 2020 is targeted. SE will be making use of the NEC3 EEC works contract.
