Project Delivery Training — Scottish Government | UKGovscan
3.1. The main objectives of the Framework Agreement will be to provide:
Training appropriate to the needs of the individual to ultimately build the skills capacity of the organisation;
Design, development and delivery of learning and development that is relevant to business and individual needs and uses acknowledged good practice;
An advisory and development service whereby the contractor will identify needs not currently being met and will enhance the development of the content and the materials required for this training; and
Evaluation of training services delivered, using a recognised evaluation method.
