The Council are seeking to secure the services of an external service provider to conduct Debt Management & Diligence Services which includes Debt Recovery and Sheriff Officer Services. The contractor will be responsible for the timeous, effective and accurate collection of debt using effective diligence methods which comply with the appropriate legislation and instructions from the Council in order to maximise their collection rate.
