The purpose of this procurement is to outline the requirements for potential contractors to tender their services to Glasgow Science Centre (GSC) to carry out alterations to the existing Auditorium Theatre and Clyde Suite on the ground floor, to provide a new Community Learning STEMHub, Changing Places Toilet and Family Room.
The scope of works will include removal of existing structures and walls (non-structural), relocation of doors, construction of the Community Learning STEMHub, Changing Places Toilet and Family Room spaces and all associated mechanical, electrical & plumbing requirements.
