The contract will involve the successful contractor undertaking medical adaptations and associated works within Barrhead Housing Association existing residential dwellings over a 4 year period from the commencement date. Currently, Barrhead Housing Association undertake and provide approximately Thirty (30) adaptations to existing bathrooms annually to their customers who reside in Barrhead, Neilston, Thornliebank and Newton Mearns.
Individual orders will be issued for each adaptation required during the Contract and Bidders are advised that Barrhead Housing Association currently issue approximately sixty (60)- Seventy(70) oders per annum in relation to medical adaptation works. Individual orders may include full medical adaptation works to an existing bathroom or shower room, singular or multiple component works or trades.
