Supply and delivery of Flooring and Associated Products. The items in the main are carpets, vinyls, screeds, underlays and associated items. It is a condition of this contract that the successful bidder can deliver approx 100 cuts of carpet and 50 cuts of vinyls per day Monday to Friday at 7am each morning to City Building's Premises at 350 Darnick Street Glasgow G21 4BA. The contract will be awarded on the basis of a single source supply. The tender documents will provide full scope of the requirement.

Delivery Requirements
Bidders must confirm the capability to deliver a 100no. room sized cuts of carpet bagged and labelled and 50no. room sized cuts of vinyl bagged and labelled each morning Monday to Friday at 7am to CBG Premises at 350 Darnick Street Glasgow G21 4BA.
Bidders who are unable to confirm this requirement will be disqualified from the process and CBG’s absolute and sole discretion .
Emergency Uplift of Materials
CBG can have emergency requirements that involve same day uplift of carpet cuts and /or vinyl cuts. Bidders must therefore confirm that they have facilities available to CBG to accommodate this ensuring a quick turnaround from notification of order to uplift by CBG to a maximum period of 2 hours from notification to uplift
Bidders who are unable to confirm this requirement will be disqualified from the process and CBG’s absolute and sole discretion .
In light of the current economic situation with Brexit, City Building (Glasgow) LLP is now asking bidders to fix rates for a six month period. The return date for bids has now been extended to 12noon 4th October 2019 .
The last date for bidders question is now 12noon 26th September 2019
