Award of 516_0235 Fire Risk Assessments

Dear Supplier,Forestry and Land Scotland (FLS) have multiple built assets across the National Forests and Land which we manage. Prior to 1st April 2019 FLS was known as Forest Enterprise Scotland which was an agency of the Forestry Commission.Owing to significant operational changes including headcount at some of ourbuildings we need to refresh our Fire Risk Assessments in line with therequirements under Part 3 of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 and the Fire Safety(Scotland) Regulations 2006.Within the four Lots there is a variety of buildings of multiple use, including offices, stores, deer larders, garages, toilet blocks etc, which are used by FLS staff, other agencies, contractors and the general public.
