1. Architectural support for Work Stages 4-8 of RIAS Scottish Conditions of Appointment Schedule of Services, using the existing proposals that have secured consent as a basis for design. The Architect should also provide Principal Designer services under the CDM Regulations (item 13.1 on the Schedule of Services).
2. Structural Engineer input into the site design and building design.
3. Quantity Surveying (QS) support including tender preparation, working with Architects to prepare and advertise the tender, advise the client on tender acceptance, contract management with Architect, evidencing works completed for grant claims and financial project management
4. Environmental consultancy support for the works, including liaison with SEPA and other relevant agencies
5. Energy consultancy
All fees to exclude VAT, expenses and disbursements. All disbursements (for example, warrant fees and SEPA applications) should be separately identified in the tender.
