2.4The contractor will be responsible, with Falkirk Council, for identifying and engaging with two employers in the Falkirk area to deliver a comprehensive programme of engagement, consultation and assessment of existing travel behaviours, reasons for these and identification issues and opportunities to increase participation in active and sustainable travel, either through physical routes improvements of behaviour change interventions.
