The Aberdeen City Health & Social Care Partnership are embarking upon the process to re-commission the current care at home and supported living frameworks. The ambition is to bring together all interested parties to co design, co-produce, and ultimately co- deliver this outcomes focussed contract/s with the go live date anticipated to be Spring 2020. This ambition will be achieved through a series of workshops and task and finish groups – all to take place over the next few months.
