South Lanarkshire Council requires specialist providers to deliver work based learning qualifications and support as part of the Foundation Apprenticeship delivery model for Social Services and Healthcare and Social Services: Children and Young People.

The bidder recommended for award will be approved with Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) to deliver Scottish Vocational Qualifications (SVQ) and National Progression Awards (NPA) and have in place the required instruments of assessment used within these qualifications which are internally verified using appropriate policy within the centre and guidelines set by SQA.
