Description

1.1Following a review of diagnostic testing for tuberculosis (TB) by Scottish Microbiology & Virology Network (SMVN), NHS Scotland has made the decision to implement rapid molecular diagnostics to detect TB in a ‘once for Scotland” approach. This procurement is to identify a standardised platform that will be implemented across all NHS Scotland Health Boards to provide molecular diagnostic testing for TB.
