West Lothian Council wish to source the most capable Contractors who can meet the on going demands for scaffolding works. A two lot framework agreement for provision of scaffolding includes - erect and dismantle scaffolding using various systems and processes, including design works.
The framework will consist of two lots with projects deemed to be valued below 50,000 GBP awarded in lot 1 using a ranked system.
Projects deemed to be greater than 50,000GBP will be included in lot 2 and will be awarded following individual mini competitions where all lot 2 Contractors will be invited to submit a bid for specific projects.
